摘要
为了有效抑制变频器大量应用产生的高次谐波,文章在考虑设备成本、方案实施可行性等因素基础上,对变频器常用的3种经济型谐波治理方案进行了对比分析。对比结果显示:变频器进线端带3%~5%输入电抗且变频器内置直流电抗器的谐波治理效果最好,经过现场长期运行验证了该方法的可靠性。文中研究结果可为企业谐波治理提供参考,同时也为变频器供电系统的安全可靠运行提供技术支持。
In order to restrain the high frequency harmonic caused by mass application of converters, in this paper, three economical filtering schemes are comparatively analyzed based on considering the cost of equipment and practicability of schemes. It is shown that input terminal of converter is with 3%-5% input reactance and DC reactance in the converters can restrain the harmonic effectively, and the stability of this scheme are verified through long time running. The results of this paper can provide the reference for harmonic filtering in faetory as well as, it can also be helpful to safer and reliable operation of power system with converters.
