摘要
随着互联网和电子商务的迅猛发展,落后的物流配送逐渐成为制约我国电子商务物流发展的瓶颈。建立一个高效率、低成本运行的物流配送体系,已成为政府和企业迫切需要攻克的重要课题。我国物流配送存在体制壁垒、信息化程度不高、基础设施不完善、管理水平不高、专业人才匮乏等问题。对此,应该完善政府职能,加强信息化建设和基础设施建设,提高管理水平,积极培养专业人才。
With the rapid development of internet and e-commerce,logistics distribution has gradually become a bottleneck for e-commerce logistics development.Establishing an efficient and low-cost logistics distribution system has become an important subject that the government and the enterprises need to conquer.By analyzing the main issues existing in logistics distribution,the article proposes the measures to establish the efficient and economic logistics distribution system under the e-commerce environment.
