摘要
目的：探讨胶原酶溶解术联合三氧消融术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：研究组应用医用三氧发出器、胶原酶注射剂,在X线引导下,选择C2C7间隙,前路穿刺进入椎间盘中心处,注入浓度为50 ug/ml的O2-O3混合气体510 ml,10分钟后再注入胶原蛋白酶100 u,共治疗146例,185个椎间盘。对照组单纯应用三氧消融术治疗146例、185个椎间盘。结果：两组患者均随访312个月,资料分析显示研究组疗效优良率（74.65%）和总有效率（93.15%）,均显著优于对照组（54.12%、82.19%）（P〈0.01）。结论：胶原酶溶解术联合三氧消融术治疗颈椎间盘突出症具有创伤少、痛苦少、安全性高、疗效优于单纯应用三氧治疗,是微创治疗颈椎间盘突出症的有效组合方法之一。
Objective：To explore the clinic effect for Chemonucleolysis combined with ozone ablation treatment of cervical disc herniation.Methods：of application of medical ozone research group issued a device,collagenase injection,X-ray guidance,select the C2-C7 space,anterior disc puncture into the center,into the concentration of 50uglme of O2-O3mixture 510 ml,10 minutes after the injection of collagenase 100u,a total of 146 patients,185 disc.The control group was treated using three oxygen ablation of 146 cases,185 discs.Results： of two groups of patients were followed up for 3-12 months,data analysis showed good efficacy rate of study group（74.65%） and total effective rate（93.15%）,were significantly better than the control group（54.12% 82.19%）（P〈0.01）.Conclusions： Chemonucleolysis combined with ozone ablation treatment of cervical disc disease with fewer traumas,less pain,safe,effective and better than using three oxygen treatment is minimally invasive and effective treatment of cervical disc herniation combination of methods.
