摘要
低碳经济对于传统法律体系的多个部门法产生了较大的影响。其中,基于国际经济利益争夺和贸易保护主义的国际贸易法受到的冲击尤为明显。在较为宏观地分析归纳了低碳经济时代下各国国内措施对国际贸易法影响和挑战的基础上,对碳关税和排放交易机制这两个热点问题进行了介绍和评述。最后,落脚于我国,对相关问题进行了思考和展望。
Climate changes have resulted in the coming of the global low-carbon economy era, and low-carbon e- conomy has affected many department laws in the traditional legal system, especially the international trade law orientated in international economic interests and the trade protection. Based on the analysis of the effects on and challenges to international trade law by different countries, the article introduces and comments on the carbon du- ty and emission trading mechanism, and gives some suggestions to China on relevant problems.
