螺旋CT在肾癌诊断中的临床价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨肾癌的螺旋CT表现,提高肾癌的CT诊断和鉴别诊断能力。方法回顾性分析有完整资料且经手术病理证实的肾癌63例,术前均行螺旋CT平扫加多期增强扫描。结果 63例中CT分期Ⅰ期36例,Ⅱ期12例,Ⅲ期6例,Ⅳ期9例。CT平扫病灶呈等密度或稍低密度43例,稍高密度4例,混杂密度16例;增强扫描皮质期38例明显强化,19例中等度强化,6例轻度强化,强化均匀或不均匀,三期增强扫描呈"快进快退"特点。结论肾癌的螺旋CT表现具有一定特征性,对肿瘤的术前分期,指导手术方案及估计预后有着重要的临床价值。
