摘要
报告１例皮肤并殖吸虫病。患者女性，３６岁，腹部右大腿游走性皮下包块５个月伴反复躯干部风团。皮肤活检组织病理改变为真皮及皮下组织内弥漫性嗜酸性粒细胞浸润，皮下见吸虫肠管及虫体尾部。肺吸虫血清抗体强阳性。经口服吡喹酮片及阿苯达唑片，１个月后包块消失。
