食管贲门癌切除术后吻合口瘘23例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨食管贲门癌切除术后吻合口瘘发生的原因及有效治疗措施。方法收集胸外科1999年10月—2010年2月23例食管贲门癌切除术后吻合口瘘患者的临床资料进行分析。结果胸内吻合口瘘14例,5例死亡;颈部吻合口瘘9例,无死亡病例。结论吻合部位、方式及操作技巧与吻合口瘘发生有重要关系,抗感染、营养支持、胸腔引流及冲洗、空肠造瘘是治疗的有效方法。
