摘要
反应注射成型技术是高分子材料反应加工的重要形式之一。介绍了反应注射成型(RIM)的原理、成型设备、成型材料、特点及其基本理论研究进展,在此基础上重点介绍了可变纤维增强反应注射成型技术,并对微细发泡技术和模内涂层搪塑工艺等先进技术进行了介绍,这些先进工艺与可变纤维增强反应注射成型技术的结合,有助于推动反应注射成型技术的发展,最后探讨了有待进一步研究的若干课题。
Reaction injection molding technology is one of the important component of reactive polymer processing.This paper introduced the principles,characteristics,materials,equipment and basic theory progress of RIM.On this basis,the variable fiber injection-reaction injection molding(VFI-RIM) was introduced in details,at the same time,the microcellular foaming(MCF) and in-molding coating process(IMC) were introduced.These advanced technology and variable fiber injection-reaction injection molding technology are combined,which can help to promote the reaction injection molding technology.In addition,some important problems on VFI-RIM theory left to be solved were suggested.
