摘要
"孝"思想统治了中国社会上千年,它对每一名中国人乃至整个中国社会的价值观产生了极其深远的影响。文章通过对孝文化内涵和本质的探究,认为根植在中国人心中的孝文化在现代社会体现为家庭式的感恩文化。因此在企业中构建家庭式的感恩文化,将孝的思想落实到企业文化的各个层面,可以激发中国人心中内化的孝意识和情感的共鸣,有助于提升员工对企业的认同感和忠诚度,推进和谐企业的建设。
The idea of ＂filial piety＂ has ruled Chinese society for thousands of years.It has a far-reaching influence on every person＇s value system in the Chinese society.Through researching the meaning and essence of filial piety,this paper found that the modern filial piety culture deep in people＇s mind is expressed as a family gratitude culture.Therefore,we should construct family gratitude culture in enterprises and exert this idea to each aspects of the modern enterprise culture,so that we can arouse emotional resonance and promote the feeing of identity and loyalty and advance the development of enterprises in a harmonious atmosphere.
