摘要
在目前外部经济受到较大冲击的情况下,刺激国内消费需求已成为中国面临的重要政策举措。文章从理论层面分析了居民消费对经济增长的影响;运用灰色关联理论比较了居民消费、投资、进出口三者之间在经济增长中的作用大小;使用1953-2008年间面板数据实证检验了居民消费与经济增长之间的作用关系。根据相关结论,提出了提高居民收入水平,平衡收入差距和完善社会保障制度等政策建议。
It has been an important policy measure faced by China＇s government that stimulating domestic consumption needs in the condition that outer economy has been greatly impacted nowadays.The author analyzes the influence of consumption of resident upon economic growth from theoretic aspect in this paper,compares the function degree of consumption of resident,investment and import export with the gray-linked theory and uses panel data 1953-2008 to demonstrate the function relation between consumption of residents and economic growth.It advances policy suggestions that should improve income level of resident,balance income gap and perfect social insurance system in this paper.
