摘要
对沥青摊铺机作业质量评价指标进行了讨论,系统阐述了摊铺平整度、密实度、密实度均匀性及混合料离析等几个评价指标之间的相互作用关系及其对最终路面质量的综合影响,分析了自动找平系统性能、摊铺速度稳定性、振动与振捣参数及熨平板形态等因素对沥青摊铺机性能指标的作用与影响。
Evaluation indices for paving quality of asphalt pavers are discussed. The relationships of surface smoothness, density, density uniformity and mixture segregation and their influence on the quality of road surface are illustrated systematically. The performance of auto-leveling system, stability of paving velocity, tamping and vibrating parameters and forms of the screeds and their impacts on the performance of asphalt paver are analyzed.
