摘要
电信运营企业在融合过程中正面临着业务运营管理的诸多挑战和问题,SOA为其提供了解决问题的一种非常重要的理念和信息化手段。通过对SOA特点的分析,提出了面向电信运营企业的一种SOA规划方法,并对该方法在某电信运营企业信息化规划中的应用实例进行了说明;总结了SOA规划工作中遇到的若干问题,且提出了相关建议。
Telecom corporations are facing many challenges and problems on business,operation and management in the process of enterprise convergence.SOA is an important idea to solve this issue.It proposes a method on SOA planning by analyzing the features of SOA.An application example forinformationization planning in a telecom corporation is given to illustrate this method.Finally it summarizes several issues in the SOA planning working,and proposes some relevant solutions.
