蚯蚓粪对樱桃萝卜生长和品质的影响 被引量:24

Effects of Vermicompost Application on Growth and Quality of Cherry Radish

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究了蚯蚓粪对樱桃萝卜生长、营养品质和抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明,在土壤中添加蚯蚓粪可以显著促进樱桃萝卜肉质根的生长和地上部物质向根部的运输。随着蚯蚓粪掺入量的增加,樱桃萝卜营养物质可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸和抗氧化物质类黄酮、总酚和维生素C含量均显著提高;同时表征抗氧化能力的二苯代苦味酰基(DPPH)自由基清除能力、羟基自由基(.OH)清除能力和Fe2+螯合活性均有不同程度的提高。但完全用蚯蚓粪栽培萝卜的各项指标与土壤和蚯蚓粪1∶2处理之间无显著差异,表明在一定范围内提高蚯蚓粪的比例对提高樱桃萝卜产量和改善品质具有重要的作用。 The plot experiment was carried out to study the effects of vermicompost on the growth,nutrient quality and antioxidant capacity of cherry radish.The results indicated that the application of vermicompost could significantly promote the growth of cherry radish root and the transportation of assimilation products from shoots to roots.With the increase of vermicompost application rate,the nutrient substances,including soluble sugar,soluble protein,amino acid,and the antioxidant substances,including flavonoids,total phenolics and Vitamin C,significantly enhanced;furthermore,the scavenging ability of DPPH and ·OH and the Fe2+-chelating activity also increased.However,there was no significant difference in the above indices treated with the full vermicompost and the soil and vermicompost with the ratio of 1∶2.So,to increase the vermicompost application ratio could increase the yield and quality of cherry radish in some range.
