本文详细介绍了ＢｏｒｌａｎｄＤｅｌｐｈｉ３．０在开发工业控制系统中通讯程序的应用：主要采用汇编语言和ＯＣＸ控件两种方法。使用汇编语言重点讲述了ＢＩＯＳ中断；使用ＯＣＸ控件则重点讲述了在Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ中使用ＶＢ的通讯控件。
