PROMOTING TECHNOLOGICAL IMPROVEMENT AND ENERGY SAVING DURING EQUIPMENT RENOVATION

摘要 本文指出石油化工企业冷换设备更新中,应改变以往照原有设备型号复制的作法.一方面利用更新的机会采用强化技术和优化设计技术,提高冷换设备技术水平、节省投资;另一方面,充分利用计划内设备更新资金,在有限范围内和可能条件下,通过局部调整取得节能和经济效果.最近完成的一个方案设计实例的经济效果是,在11台设备更新的优化设计中节省一次投资22.9×10~4元,同时降低能耗2.0MW,年经济效益62.8×10~4元.文中介绍了所采用的换热器强化和优化设计软件和处理冷却设备负荷弹性的设计思想.对于石油化工企业具有普遍的推广意义. Based on a project recently carried out in Maomig Petroleum Industry Corporation, this paper reveals a great reality to make progress in applying the heat transfer enhancement and design optimization techniques by the chance of annual planning of equipment renovation. The funds of equipment renovation has so far been used for purchasing new equipments similar to the old ones to be abandoned owing to corrosion, leakage, or other problems. It is possible in some cases to take this opportunity for making some changes in flow arrangement to achieve additional energy-saving benefit. In the above mentioned project, by enhancing and optimizing the -design of 11 heat exchangers, the capital investment and the energy consumption are reduced by ¥22.9×10~4 and 2.0 MW(7.2GJ/h), respectively. An annual profit of ¥62.8×10~4 is expected.
