摘要
随着社会信息化进程的不断加快和信息技术在档案工作领域的广泛应用,军队档案开始了信息化建设,军队档案工作者的思想观念发生转变,达成了信息化、数字化的共识;档案工作的方式发生了变革,由保管型转变成了信息服务型,逐步从传统的以面对面服务为主向网络服务为主转变。但是在军队档案信息化建设中还存在着"三个矛盾"和"四个滞后"的问题。笔者从四个方面提出了对于军队档案信息化建设的建议,以此来不断推进军队档案信息化建设的步伐。
Along with the social informatization process accelerating and information technology in the field of archives work is widely used,military files began informatization construction,the army archivists’ ideas have changed to achieve the digital information consensus;the way of archives work have changed,by keeping type into information service gradually,from the traditional face to face service to give priority to network services.But in the informatization construction in the army archives still exist the problems of ＂three contradictions＂ and ＂four lags＂.The author puts forward suggestions from four aspects,in order to constantly advancing army file informationization construction pace。
