摘要
通过调查对比建筑工程质量保修金的相关法律法规,总结出建筑工程质量保修期和保修金方面存在的主要问题,并深入分析了保修金问题产生的原因,提出具有可操作性的建议,以促进施工企业发展。
Based on the survey and compare with the law and codes about building repair deposit, summarized the primary problems in the period of the engineering quality repair guarantee and the repair deposit, analysis the reasons of repair deposit problems occurred. Maneuverable suggestions was proposed so as to improve the development of construction industry.
