摘要
该文主要以苝四酸酐为起始物,通过在酸酐位置引入天冬氨酸,设计合成了一种水溶性的含有四个羧基的荧光苝二酰亚胺衍生物,研究了其在不同pH条件下的荧光光谱,发现所研究化合物的荧光强度与pH值间有着强烈的依赖关系,H+能有效地减弱此化合物的荧光,此化合物可用作测定溶液pH值的荧光探针。
One water-soluble fluorescent perylene diimide derivative with four carboxylic groups was synthesized by L-Aspartic acid and 3,4,9,10-perylenetetracarboxy anhydride. Its fluorescence spectra was recorded under different pH conditions and showed that the fluorescence intensity of studied compound depends on the pH value very strongly. The fluorescence of compound was quenched by the addition of H^+. It means that this kind of compounds can be used as a probe for the determination of pH value of solution.
