摘要
用ρ均为45%的马铃薯淀粉、糊精、葡萄糖和45%马铃薯淀粉+05%Cr2O3为碳水化合物源的4种试验饲料饲喂草鱼,16d后测定消化率,50d后测定消化组织的淀粉酶活性.结果表明,日增质量率和饲料效率在各组之间均无显著差异(P>005);草鱼对淀粉、糊精、葡萄糖和淀粉+Cr2O3的表观消化率分别为5925%,9852%,9859%和5737%;各试验组消化组织的淀粉酶活性在摄食后下降,肝胰脏和前肠、中肠、后肠淀粉酶活性的最低值分别出现在摄食后3h,3~5h,5~8h。
Determination of digestibility and amylase activity was proceeded after grass carp were raised with diets containig 45% starch,45% dextrin, 45% glucose,45% starch+0 5% Cr 2O 3,respectively.The results showed that there were no significant difference( P >0 5) in gain ratio and feed efficiency among the four groups.The digestibility of starch,dextrin,glucose and starch_Cr 2O 3 in grass carp were 59 26%,98 52%,98 59% and 57 37%,respectively.The amylase activities in hepatopancreas and anterior intestine,middle intestine,posterior intestine decreased after feeding,reaching a minimum level at 3 h,3~5 h,5~8 h,respectively.The amylase activities in the starch+Cr 2O 3 group were lower than those in the starch group.
