摘要
利用运动分析理论，将动量矩定理从惯性参考系应用到了非惯性参考系．
This paper,by using the theory of the movement analytics,makes the theorem of angular momentum extend form the inertial reference frame to the non inertial reference frame.And then it analyses and discusses theorem of angular momentum on several reference frame,and gives some formulars about the special paints as the origin of the reference frame (i.e centre of mass,instantaneous centre of the velocity).
