摘要
3.4-亚甲二氧基苯酚甲酸酯,是一种重要的精细化学品,广泛地用作合成香料,高档防霉抗菌剂,抗肿瘤和防治高血压的药物,以及治疗小麦粉锈病,柑桔菌致柘萎病等植物病症高效农药的中间体.本文以3.4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛为原料利用拜耳一维立格化学反应成功地合成了3.4-亚甲二氧基苯酚甲酸酯,收率可达90%以上,并用红外光谱元素分析法对产物进行了分析确证。
3. 4-methylenedioxyphenol formate is an important fine chemical, which can be used as the starting material or intermediate for production of synthetic perfume, antibacterial agent, antifungal agent and some medicines against cancer and hypertension. A convenient synthetic method for such a formate is reported here from piperonal via Baeyer Villiger Oxidation with a yield greater than 90%. IR, NMR and element analysis identify the product further.
