摘要
为了研究浅埋深长壁工作面上覆岩层所成结构形式,以典型浅埋深长壁工作面为背景,利用数值模拟和理论分析方法对浅埋深长壁工作面上覆岩层破坏特征进行研究,并对顶板所成结构形式进行了探讨,提出了浅埋深条件下支架工作阻力计算的新思路。研究结果表明在较快的推进速度下,浅埋深长壁工作面上覆岩层中仍然可以形成承载结构,此结构对工作面支架起到了保护作用,最后通过现场实测数据对所得结论进行了验证。对浅埋深长壁工作面顶板结构及支架支护强度确定提出了新的探索。
For obtaining structure of overlying strata above long-wall mining face in shallow buried coal seam,this paper applied numerical simulation and theoretical analysis to researching rock failure characteristic and discussing roof structure,taking typical long-wall mining face in shallow buried coal seam as an example.It put forward new research thinking for working resistance calculation of powered support under shallow buried condition.Results showed that overlying strata still could form bearing structure above shallow buried long-wall mining face.This structure provided protection for powered support.Actual observation data proved the results.
