摘要
介绍了采用主从机控制方式,以光栅尺为检测元件,步进电机为驱动部件的智能光栅测控系统。该系统用于机床定位控制,通过其简单合理的硬件配置和软件设计,使系统分辨率为1μm,定位精度为12.56μm,重复定位精度为9.099μm,结果令人满意。
In this paper, an intelligent grating measuring and control system is introduced, in which the master and slave computer control structure is adopted, a grating rule is selected as measuring element and a stepping motor is selected as driving element. This system is used to control the position of machine tool. The resolution power 1μm , the positioning accuracy 12.56μm and the repeatability of position accuracy 9.099μm are obtained by designing the software and hardware properly. These results are feasible for engineering use.
