摘要
依照国内外工业园区产业集群发展的基本轨迹,可以大致划分为三个阶段:集中-集聚-集群。连云港市目前工业园区发展的总体状况处于由集中向集聚发展的过渡阶段,如何在工业园区内形成产业集聚,并由集聚形成集群,向工业园区的高级形态迈进,更好地发挥地区经济增长极的作用,是园区建设发展中所必须面对和解决的关键问题。
According to the development of industrial cluster of industrial park at home and abroad,the ba-sic path can be roughly divided into three phases： concentration-gathering-cluster.The development of Lianyun gang industrial parks is at a transitional stage from concentration to gathering.The main task currently is to form the industry gather and then cluster in the industrial park and play a better role in regional economic growth pole in the development zone on the way to developed form of industrial parks.
