摘要
某电厂新建330 MW机组整套启动过程中,出现低压缸轴瓦金属温度高、前后轴瓦温差大的现象,经分析,问题原因为低压缸材质刚度不足,低压缸受系统真空影响而向下变形造成低压缸轴瓦温度缺陷。对6号轴瓦加楔垫处理了轴瓦温度故障,并在消缺过程中提出了快速处理问题的应急方案,缩短了处理周期,为机组早日投产发电争取了宝贵时间。
While a certain new power plant whose 330MW unit was operating first,high temperature phenomenon of low-pressure cylinder’s bush and differential temperature of fore-and-aft axle appeared.Through analyzing,the reason of problem was lack of rigidity of low pressure cylinder,as well as low pressure cylinder was modified downwards because of system vacuum’s influence that resulted in bush temperature defect of low pressure cylinder.By wedging into 6th bush,the temperature defect has been dealt with.During the disposal,the engineers gave the quick disposal method and shorten the time,in order to operating as soon as possible.
