简要介绍了光度基准的发展史，对以探测器取代传统的标准灯作为保持和传递光度量值的标准的优越性进行了比较，并详细讨论了以探测器作为标准的亮度、光通量测量的新方法。
Abstract The development history of photometric standards are introduced briefly.The advantages of detectors substituting the traditional sources in maintenance and dissemination of photometric quantities are described,and a new detector based method for the realization of luminance unit and luminous flux unit has been discussed.
