摘要
提出灾害应急物流设施选址问题应当考虑的人口、灾害、交通、时间、容量及成本因素,探讨了其出现原因,并对上述因素进行分析得出量化手段,为应用到数学模型中提供了参考。
This paper puts forward the consideration of disaster emergency logistics facility location problem based on population,disaster,traffic,time,capacity and cost,discusses the reasons for their occurrence,then analyses and quantifies these considerations,and provide a reference to their application into mathematical model.
