摘要
对于电子商务企业而言,逆向物流管理是否有效决定着其是否能在激烈的市场竞争中生存下去。由于电子商务的网络虚拟性,电子商务的发展离不开逆向物流的支持,逆向物流和电子商务的融合己经成为不可逆转的发展趋势。分析了电子商务环境下逆向物流存在的问题,并从政府和企业两个角度给出了基于电子商务的逆向物流策略。
For electronic business enterprise,the efficient reverse logistics management decides whether it can survive in the fierce market competition.Because electronic business network is virtual,electronic business cannot leave reverse logistics support,and the fusion between reverse logistics and electronic business has already become the irreversible trend.This paper has analyzed the problems in reverse logistics based on e-business,and given reverse logistics strategy from the perspectives of government and enterprises.
