输卵管妊娠诊断和治疗进展 被引量：5

摘要 受精卵在子宫体腔以外着床,称为异位妊娠。95%左右发生于输卵管,其他可能部位为卵巢、腹腔、阔韧带、宫颈。发病率占妊娠总数的2%〔1〕,死亡率占孕产妇死亡总数的9%～10%〔2〕。资料表明,美国异位妊娠与正常妊娠比较,由1970年的1：222上升至1989年的1：51,国内由1：167～322上升至1：56～93〔3〕,尤其近10年较1988～1989年增长5.65倍。
