家园结合模式对学龄前体格发育不良儿童的干预效果分析

Analysis of intervention effect of preschool stunted physical children with the intervention model of homes and kindergarten

摘要 目的:了解家园结合干预模式对改善学龄前儿童体格发育不良的效果,为制定集居儿童体格发育不良干预措施提供依据。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,抽取南昌市城区2所幼儿园1595例儿童作为对象,采用家园结合干预方法对干预园进行干预,评价干预效果。结果:学龄前儿童低体重、生长迟缓、消瘦、超重和肥胖检出率分别为5.20%、3.64%、1.50%、15.67%和4.39%。干预园干预前后儿童低体重、超重与肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而生长迟缓与消瘦的检出率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照园干预前后低体重、生长迟缓、消瘦、超重与肥胖的检出率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:家园结合干预模式能有效改善学龄前儿童体格发育不良,方法切实可行,值得推广。 Objective:To study the intervention effect of preschool stunted physical children with the intervention model of homes and kindergarten in Nanchang City,and to provide the basis for intervention measure of the formulation residing collectively stunted physical children.Methods:The method of cluster sampling was adopted,and 1 595 children from 2 kindergarten were sampled as the object in Nanchang city.The homes and kindergarten intervention method was used to carry on the intervention to the intervention group,and the intervention effect was appraised.Results:The preschooler's low weight,growth retardation,weight loss,overweight and obesity rate were 5.20%,3.64%,1.50%,15.67% and 4.39% respectively.After intervention the children of intervention garden low weight,overweight and obesity rate reduced obviously (P 0.05),but the growth retardation,weight loss rate had not changed (P 0.05).Around the comparison garden the rate of low weight,growth retardation,weight loss,overweight and obesity had no statistical difference (P 0.05).Conclusion:The intervention model of homes and kindergarten can improve the preschooler's stunted physical effectively.The method is practical,feasible and worth promoting.
