摘要
研究发现在磷酸介质中,盐酸羟胺对溴酸钾氧化溴甲酚紫具有明显的催化作用,建立了一种测定痕量盐酸羟胺的新方法.其测定范围为004~056μg/ml盐酸羟胺,检测限为002μg/ml,用于化学试剂中盐酸羟胺的测定。
A new catalytickinetic photometric method for the
determination of trace hydroxylamine hydrochloride was established.The method wa
s based on trace hydroxylamine hydrochloride catalyzing the oxidation of bromocr
esol purple by potassium bromate in phosphoric acid medium.The calibration curve
was linear from 0.04~0.56μg/ml and the limit of detection limit was 0.02μg/m
l.It has been applied to the determination of trace hydroxylamine hydrochloride
in chemistry reagent with satisfactory results.
