摘要
医保病人医疗费用的快速增长已阻碍了我国医疗改革的健康发展,重点对医保住院病人费用的增长现状、原因进行分析,并介绍如何用信息化手段进行有效控制的方法及实践经验。提出从医嘱源头开始对医生进行指导、科主任把关、监管机构监控的三级指引技术路线,并着重介绍了三级指引路线的实现方法及成效。
Problems about rapid increase of medical insurance expense may have held back the healthy development of medical reform in our country. In this paper, current and reasons for the growing increase in medical insurance expense were analyzed, informationized measures and practical experiences to effectively control growth tendency were discussed, three-grade guidance technical routes were pointed out which were guided by doctors, supervised by department directors, controlled by management orgnization from the beginning of medical order, methods how to fulfill three routes were introduced, and effects of the methods were explored.
