摘要
目的探讨高胆红素血症新生儿血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平与心肌酶谱相关性。方法高胆红素新生儿45例,依据总胆红素水平分为高胆A组25例(总胆红素205~341μmol/L),胆B组20例(总胆红素≥341μmol/L),生理性黄疸15例为对照组(总胆红素≤205μmol/L),采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定血清BNP水平,采用全自动生化分析仪测定其肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平。结果高胆红素血症新生儿血清BNP及CK-MB水平显著升高,病情越重升高越明显,且BNP水平与CK-MB水平呈正相关。结论高胆红素血症新生儿存在严重的心肌损伤,血清BNP水平可作为高胆红素血症新生儿心肌损伤程度的实验指标。
Objective To explore the changes of serum brain natriuretic peptide and myocarddial enzymes in Newborn Infants with Hyperbilirubinemia and their relationships.Methods Forty-five cases were hyperbilinemia,and according total bilirubin(TB),they were divided into hyperbilirubinemia A group(25 cases,TB 205~341μmol/L) and hyperbilirubinemia B group (20 cases,TB ≥341μmol/L).Fifteen newborn infants with physiologic jaundice were control group(TB ≤205μmol/L).The BNP Levels in serum were determined by ELISA,CK-MB was measured by automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The serum BNP and CK-MB levels in Newborn Infants with Hyperbilirubinemia were significantiy higher than those of controls;and the more severe,the more significant the alteration of serum BNP and CK-MB.There was a positive correlation between the levels of serum BNP and CK-MB.Conclusion There was severe heart induced with Newborn Infants with Hyperbilirubinemia.The levels of serum BNP may be an important index in diagnosis of Newborn Infants with Hyperbilirubinemia.
