摘要
目的:探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗老年性瘙痒症的疗效。方法:将162例患者随机分为两组,对照组80例,氯雷他定10mgpo,qd;治疗组82例,在对照组的基础上加服润燥止痒胶囊4粒,po,tid,两组均连续治疗4周,结果:治疗组有效率为85.37%,对照组为57.50%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。两组患者在瘙痒缓解起效时间、瘙痒程度、发生频率、瘙痒持续时间、继发皮损等方面比较,均有显著性差异(均P<0.01),在瘙痒消失时间方面比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗老年性瘙痒症疗效明显。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with Loratadine in treatment of patients with pruritus senilis. Methods： 162 patients were divided into two groups at random, 80 patients in the control group and 82 patients in the treatment group. The control group, taking orally Loratadine, 10 mg po, qd. The treatment group, taking orally Loratadine, 10 mg po, qd, additionally, taking orally Runzao Zhiyang Capsule, 4 capsules each time po, tid. All patients in two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. Results： The effective rate of the medicine used in the treatment group was 85.37%, and the rate in the control group was 57.50%, there was a significant difference in two groups （P0.01）, there were significant differences about the response time of the relief of pruritus, the pruritus level, the frequency of pruritus, the duration of pruritus, and the secondary lesion of pruritus in two groups （P0.01）, but there was no significant difference in the time of disappearance of pruritus （P0.05）. Conclusion： There is a significant curative efficacy that Runzao Zhiyang Capsule together with Loratadine in the treatment of pruritus senilis.
