摘要
干式变压器内部的温升情况直接影响到变压器的实际运行。该文利用有限差分法的原理,建立了干式变压器的温度场数值仿真计算模型,并开发了相应的仿真计算软件。获得了 S C81 000/10 变压器铁芯和高低压线圈的温度场分布情况,进行了相应的现场温升试验,得到了仿真结果和试验数据相吻合的结果。计算表明,低压线圈的最热点位于线圈上表面内侧,高压线圈的最热点位于线圈内部,为监测设备运行情况的热电偶埋放地点提出了建议,对产品设计、运行有一定意义。
The operation of cast resin dry type power transformers is mainly depended on its thermal characteristics. Based on the finite diffrence, a computerized model and software for dry type power transformers temperature field numerical simulation are proposed. The results of temperature field distribution of SC8 1000/10 transformer core, low voltage winding and high voltage winding are obtained. The corresponding field temperature rise experiment shows the consistency between simulation results and experiment data. The results show that the hottest point of low voltage windings is located in the center of bottom surface, the hottest point of high voltage winding is located below inner medium. These results give proper advice to allotcate thermocouple detector, which is available for design and operation.
