可持续发展是人类观念的一次重大更新，可持续发展思想的形成标志着人地关系将进入一个新阶段，为地理学的研究开辟了新的领域本文分析了区域可持续发展的内涵、研究对象、目标等。
The idea of sustainable development is man′s new creation. The formation of this idea marks a new era in the relation between man and the environment. The idea opens up a new field for geographical research. This paper analyses the concept,research objects,and aim ,etc. Of sustainable development and probes the countermeasures of regional sustainable development.
