直线超声电机精密定位系统平台搭建

Platform Construction of Precise Positioning System Driven by Linear Ultrasonic Motor

摘要 针对直线超声电机驱动的精密定位系统,采用LabVIEW开发上位机软件,选用TMS320F2812DSP作为下位机进行实时控制,通过RS232串口实现上下位机的串行通讯.利用LabVIEW特有的循环事件结构自动感知用户事件,继而发送相应的命令信息给DSP,DSP接收相应动作命令后,对精密平台进行实时控制,并将运动数据回传给上位机,显示运动信息.实践证明,该控制平台操作简单、界面友好、数据反馈及时和可移植性强,具有较高的实用性. According to the precise positioning system driven by the linear ultrasonic motor,LabVIEW is applied to develop the host computer software,and TMS320F2812DSP is selected as a lower computer for real-time control.Serial communication is realized between the PC and DSP through RS232 port.Thanks to using LabVIEW's unique cycling event structure,PC can perceive user events automaticly and then send command to DSP.After receiving corresponding action command,DSP control the precision platform real-time.Meanwhile,DSP pass the movement data back to the PC in time,to display the movement information to the users.The results show that the control platform is operation-simple,friendly interface,data feedback immediately,good portability and has a high practicability.
