摘要
HSC—60B型混砂车具有良好的使用特性,能满足我国各油田中小型压裂施工的需要。文中介绍了这种混砂车的结构特点、动力配备、液压系统原理、主要技术参数及性能测试和工业试验结果,同时对有关基础件、配套件的研制提出了几点意见。
The Model HSC-60B blending truck, characterized by its good operational performance, can meet the requirement of the fracturing jobs on medium -or small-scale. This article introduces the design feature, power plant, hydraulic system, main technical parameters, and the results of performance test and commercial test. And some suggestions for developing the fundamental parts and mating parts are presented.
