原发性肝癌的激素治疗

摘要 长期的流行病学研究已证实长期口服避孕药或雄激素（anabolic androgenic steroids）可以诱发肝脏良性病变,血管瘤、肝腺瘤或局灶性增生性结节,甚至可能诱发肝细胞癌。动物模型试验也已证实激素在诱导肝脏癌变的过程中有着重要的作用[1-2],
