摘要
综述了国内外碳/碳复合材料磷酸盐抗氧化涂层的研究进展,介绍了磷酸盐涂层体系的抗氧化原理、制备方法及研究现状,总结了碳/碳复合材料现有磷酸盐涂层体系的不足之处,展望了磷酸盐涂层发展的前景,指出未来碳/碳复合材料磷酸盐抗氧化涂层工作的重点应该是探索新的低成本工艺技术制备致密、结合力好、能在全温度段保护碳/碳复合材料的磷酸盐涂层体系,并详细研究了该涂层的抗氧化、失效机理。
The advancement of the phosphate anti oxidation coatings for carbon/carbon composites is reviewed. Anti-oxidation mechanism, preparation technology and present status of the phosphate coating are introduced. The shortcomings of existing phosphate coating are summarized. The development directions about this field in future have been proposed. The further researches will be focused on preparing the dense and homogeneous coating with excellent bonding to matrix using a low cost and simple process. The anti-oxidation mechanism and failure mechanisms of the phosphate coating are also the most desiderated problems to be resolved.
