摘要
新建筑所显示的格调是影响城市特色的重要因素．改革开放以来，亚热带滨海城市新建筑浪潮不断，但许多新建筑缺乏与滨海城市的自然气候、原有建筑实体、开放空间及城市人的社会生活等外显特征之间的有机结合．如何继承和发扬亚热带滨海城市的固有风貌与特色，是解决现今新建筑所面临的“场所精神”丧失等危机的一个重要途径．
The artistic style of new buildings is a vital factor having great effect on the features of a city. Since reform and opening, there have been numbers of new coastal cities, most of which do not harmonize with the local natural sights, original constructions, opening situations and social life. How to deal with all the problems and to carry on and develop the inherent features of the coastal cities is the key to avoid the crisis, or rather, the loss of a “spot spirit”.
