广西建设中国—东盟区域性加工制造基地有区位及资源优势。广西应把加工制造基地建设与中小企业发展结合起来,通过加快中小企业发展促进加工制造基地建设与发展。
With advantages in geographic location and natural resources in building the regional processing and manufacturing bases of China-ASEAN, Guangxi should combine the construction of the bases with the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, thus promote the construction and development of the bases by accelerating the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises.
