摘要
在70℃和0.08mol/LHCl介质中,超痕量Ru(Ⅲ)催化KIO4氧化罗丹明B(RDB)生成一种绿色荧光产物(λex/λem=248nm/529nm).以此荧光产物作指示组分,采用荧光法研究了利用这一新的指示反应催化测定钌的各种影响因素,建立了一个检出限和测定范围分别为0.1ng/L和0.2~10ng/L钌的催化荧光分析法.并探讨了催化荧光反应机理.
Rhodamine B(RDB) is oxidized by KIO4 in catalysis of Ru(Ⅲ) and forms a green fluorescence product(λex/λem =248nm/529nm) under condition of 70℃ and in a 0. 08 mol/L HCl solution. The product is used as an indication component to investigate the indication reaction of Ru (Ⅲ). A new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of 0. 2~10 ng/L Ru has been described. The detection limit is 0.1ng/L Ru. The mechanism of catalytic reaction is also discussed.
