摘要
《石油机械》第18卷第10期,1990,第1~10页,图6,表4 论述了在考虑电动机机械特性、周期交变载荷及系统动力参数等影响下的抽油机真实运动规律的分析计算问题。建立了有杆抽油泵等效动力学模型,列出了运动微分方程式,并采用预测-校正数值法求解。编制了相应的电算程序。算例表明,因曲柄和电动机转速有较大的波动,以曲柄作匀速转动进行的运动分析,有时会产生很大的误差。
The authors discuss the real motion pattern of the pumping system under the influence of the mechanical characteristics and cyclic load of the electric motor and the dynamic parameters of the system, establish an equivalent kinetic model for the sucker rod pump, dcrrive the differential equation of the motion, solve the equation by predictor corrector method, and work out the relevant computer program. The result of example calculation shows that, because of the quite large fluctuation of the rotative velocity of the crank and the motor, there will be at times considerable error m motion analysis when the rotation of the crank is regarded as a motion with uniform speed.
