摘要 以NGW型行星减速器为物理模型,在已有研究成果和设计经验的基础上深入地研究了机械系统的可靠性优化问题,根据NGW型行星减速器的特点,建立了以体积最小为目标函数,在约束条件中考虑等强度的原则和可靠性要求。研究结果表明,既考虑等强度条件又考虑可靠性要求,是使机械体积或重量达到最小的最有效的优化途径。 Taking NGW type planetary gearbox as the physical model, the optimization of the reliability of the mechanical system is studied thoroughly according to the existing research results and design experience. Based on the characteristics of the gearbox, an objective function for obtaining a least gearbox volume was set up; and for the restrained conditions, the principle of equi strength and the requirement of reliability were considered. The results show that combinig equi strength conditions and reliability requirement together is one of the most efficient methods that can minimize the volume or weight of the mechanism.
