摘要
以液压式上击器为例,分析了震击过程中的能量变化。现场使用情况表明,影响震效的主要因素有震击器的性能、钻具配套和施工井井况等。为提高震效,应合理设计震击器的制造工艺,严格进行地面调试,选用优质液压油,正确使用和定期保养。
The energy variation on a hydraulic upward jar during the jarring process was investigated in the field. It is found that the main factors having influence on the jarring effect inelude the funetions of the tool,the pattern of drillstem assembly, and the down-hole condition of the well in operation.In order to improve the jarring effect, attention should be paid to optimum manufacturing engineering,rigid performance test before running into the hole,application of high-grade hydraulic oil, correct operation and periodic maintenance.
