摘要
建国以来,中国的区域战略经过了五个阶段的转变,目前已经进入区域协调发展战略阶段。加强区域合作,克服区域冲突,是区域协调发展战略的重要内容。环北部湾区域的发展与合作对提升中国的整体竞争实力具有重要意义。分析中国区域战略变迁过程与区域协调发展战略的内容、中国区域经济合作的背景和区域协调发展战略所需要解决的主要问题,讨论中国区域经济合作的未来方向和关键问题;在此基础上探讨泛北部湾区域经济合作的关键与方向,泛北部湾区域经济合作应该置于区域协调发展战略框架中,在全球化背景下,中国北部湾地区首先需要加强内部合作,才能在国际合作中提升自身的竞争实力。
Since the founding of the PRC, China＇s regional strategy passed through five stage transformations, at present already entered the stage of regional coordinated development strategy. It is very important to strengthen regional cooperation and overcome regional conflicts for carrying out regional coordinated development strategy. It is of vital significance for promoting China＇s whole competition strength to reinforce development and cooperation of Links Gulf of Tonkin. The paper analyzes the changing process of Chinese regional strategy, the content of regional coordinated development strategy, the background of Chinese regional economic cooperation and main problems for regional coordinated development strategy to solve, discusses future directions and the key questions of Chinese regional economic cooperation; Based on the above analysis, the paper discusses the directions and the key problems of regional economic cooperation in the Links Gulf of Tonkin Region. The author believes that, it should be put into the regional coordinated development strategy frame to discuss economic cooperation of the Links Gulf of Tonkin region. Under the globalization background, the Chinese Gulf of Tonkin region needs first to strengthen internal cooperation, only then so can promote own competition strength in the international cooperation.
