摘要
设计钻井泵时,需计算空气包剩余体积系数β和被动轴的疲劳强度。计算β时,先研究活塞的真实运动规律,导出单缸单作用泵的β计算式,用叠加法可得2缸、3缸、4缸和双作用泵的β计算式。计算疲劳强度时,先确定截面危险点,用《机械工程手册》中介绍的方法求得危险点的疲劳安全系数,也可用最大正应力点或最大剪应力点进行强度核算。
In drill pump design, the residual volume coefficient β of the air chamber and the fatigue strength of the driven shaft should be emphatically considered. For the calculation of β, it is recommended to develop at first the formula for calculating the value of β of a simplex single-acting pump according to the authentic pattern of piston movement. And the formulae for calculating the β values of the duplex/multicylinder single-acting pumps and duplex double-acting pumps can be derived by the superposition method. For the calculation of fatigue strength, it is recommended to locate at first the critical point on the cross-section concerned and then to determine the fatigue safty factor of the critical point. The fatigue strength may also be determined by the point where the maximum direct stress or the maximum shearing stress occurs.
