摘要
在大规模新建公路的同时，也要对现有的老路进行技术改造，提高等级。但对老路如何按照技术标准规范进行勘测，在标准和规范上与新建公路是否应该有所差异，以及设计路段的分级和公路技术标准、规范的分级，是否存在过渡段，而使整个路线在变化上连续、均衡、协调、安全、经济等问题，值得探讨。
While new highways are constructed in large scale,it is necessary to improve and upgrade the existing roads technically due to fund shortness.The problems to be faced with are how existing roads should be surveyed based on new technical specifications,if there is a difference between new and existing roads when standards and specifications are used;as for the grading of design sections and the grading of highway technical standards and specifications, whether there need the transition sections so as to make the alteration on whole highway route continuous,balanced, coordinated,safe and economical.
