摘要
对于钢管内的折叠缺陷,许多探伤方法缺少检出能力。在由水耦合器、多通道高能量聚焦探头和冲击函数激励电路、脉冲宽度线性放大电路组成的检测装置中,采用“时分复用、高速抽样”技术和智能化计算机程序等技术,不但可以检出折叠缺陷,还可以检测钢管壁厚。检测速度15m/min,检测精度±0.1mm。实验和长期应用证明这种检测技术是可靠的。
The fold flaw in steel pipes is difficult to find with many present detecting methods. A device is introduced in this paper which was proved reliable by experiment and application for a long time. The device consists of a water coupler, a high energy multi pass detector, a lash function circuit and a linear pulses width amplification circuit. Because the technique of “time division multiplex and high speed sampling” and computer program are applied in the device, not only the fold flaws are detected but also the pipe′s thickness is tested. The testing speed is 15 m/min, and the accuracy is±0.1 mm.
